Manhattan addresses only. For same day delivery, orders must be placed between 9am-3pm EST Monday through Friday, by calling 1-866-268-4669 and dialing 0 to place an order, or by emailing us at orders@emilyandtony.com. Your order will be delivered by a WunWun Helper between 4pm and 7pm the same day of the order. There is a flat $15 charge per delivery address anywhere in the delivery area. Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. No cancellations or delivery fee refunds after 3pm.
Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours (business days only) of your order being approved. If an order requires a communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone).
Emily & Tony regrets that it cannot ship to P.O. boxes. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 24 to 72 hours of the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Priority Orders (next day, 2nd and 3rd day orders) will be shipped the same day if processed and finalized by 2pm, Eastern Standard Time.
