Backorders & Out of Stock
If you order a product that is currently sold out, you will receive an e-mail to inform you. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a back-order, exchange, or cancel instructions.
Return Policy & Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.emilyandtony.com, simply return the product(s), unopened and unused, within 15 days from date of purchase and we will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. We apologize, but returns or exchanges for purchases made at a retail outlet other than www.emilyandtony.com must be returned at that point of purchase.
We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post to ensure a quick and trackable delivery.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-866-268-4669. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
Returns or exchanges for purchases made in a department store, retail store, spa or any other website may not be returned to www.emilyandtony.com. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through www.emilyandtony.com please return it to the place of purchase for resolution.
